Just wanted to thank John at Mort's Powersports for the excellent service I received. I have been looking for a CR500 for years. Until recently I just became serious about buying. I looked up cycle trader and there it was a good looking restored CR500 at Mort's Powersports. I talked to John and Paul about the bike and they were very honest about everything. I thought about it for a day, which really I knew I wanted right when I talked to them. They crated it up for me at no charge, strapped it down with their tie downs at no charge, Estes trucking picked it up 3 days later its here in perfect condition. I have a 1980 Kawasaki KV75 that I got for Christmas when I was 6 years old. I will be definitely be sending it to Mort's Powersports for restoration.
Have had my work atvs and utvs repaired here for a while. Always knowledgeable and honest. Took my utv to another repair shop when Mort was switching locations it was there for 6 weeks completely untouched.
Family operated, very good service, staff who really care about their work. The owner will do everything he can to meet the customers’ needs.
Would not have my jet ski serviced or repaired there. They do not seem to grasp even the most basic concepts such as parts interchange. Just seemed incompetent.
