Wow! I have shop with this company for the past three years and I can only say that if are shopping at other stores than you are missing truly GREAT customer service.
Today, I went Theodore store to purchase sofa. Customer service was terrible. The guy was terrible. it's been a while I experienced service like this. I was about to purchase my sofa and didn't purchase. I went to other store to purchase. I thought I had friend in furniture store. it prooved me wrong.

Five employees in one area. One finally asked how we were doing but no one offered to help us or render services on the floor. It just feels more welcoming when you are approached and asked if you need help with finding something.
