This place is very friendly very nice people here owner is very nice office manager is very nice the pictures that other people posted is not what this place it. The campers are very old. But have not met one person in this place that was nice to us I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to spend a few nights and check out what's around here. I will stay here again if I'm in the area

Been staying here in their rental for a few months now. Peggy and Mr Glen are very nice and do a great job of keeping the riff raff out of the park. While the rentals are older, they do their best to maintain them. When my AC broke after the storm they where there to fix it first thing the next morning and even sent their maintainence man out at 9:00pm to look at it. All in all its a quiet friendly place to stay.

Great place. Family friendly. Very clean pool and playground area. Covered paved campsites to park camper. Can accomadate busses and larger rvs. Quiet very clean . Has laundrymat and bath houses . cable wifi and all the goodies. No loud music ever heard. Has rentals on site. Dont understand all the bad reviews. Well staffed and willing to help if you have issues.

first of all the fake ryan .k theres no such person lived here since the 3 years i been at bellingrath rd r.v park made up by glen dupre and peggie lyons in the office that place sucks and got bed bugs and glen the manager is rude & unfair to his customers if only donald .c is being notified and health & building inspectors also being notified and many investigations done on this place to get it shut down unclean r.v's they rent sewer dugged up smells like sewer never put choloride in pool in use drugs sold by workers chris and carlos , billy murphy sewer leaks building built w/o permits andnot built by licensed contactors and also known this r.v park isnt showing that living arrangemnts of people living there shows nobody living on this and the other property which goes to the tax revenue dont live in such a nasty run down r.v park and the ryan k is a fake person made up by peggie & glen isnt no and hasnt been no ryan at this park , sad !

Zero amenities, price seemed exorbitant for the region, but they were the only place available when we evacuated due to the hurricane. Woman explained the rate was now higher than the website, not sure if they were price gouging due to the influx of Irma evacuees or not. Neighbors were nice, had obviously been living here for quite some time... This is more of a long term trailer park than an RV resort.
