The office staff was unwilling to assist in getting a lower priced heart-worm script than the prices they charge in office.
I was told, well we only match 'so and so online' but never bothered to look to see what 'so and so online' was charging so we left without the meds.
I will never to to another Vet office again. This place is Amazing! The staff are very polite and one even came around the counter and gave me a hug and tissues because I was crying. The Vet was very professional and took time to explain things to me. This means alot to animal owners everywhere. It's worth every penny for that kind of service. They even offered us a can drink while we waited. When we left, my kitten was feeling better than when she went in though she has a long road to recovery. I highly recommend this place. Even if you already have a Vet. ♡
The best vet in Mobile/Theodore area. They always do a really great job!
Theodore Vet Hosp has been our choice for services for all our dogs for over 30 years. Recently we rescued a 12 year dog from the SPCA. After about a month she developed seizures. The doctors and staff diligently worked with us to keep her comfortable until it became evident she had reached her end. They were very kind and understanding with us.
