TERRIBLE, they have no idea what they are doing. I had to go somewhere els to tune my amps and to also figure out why my new head unit wouldn't play bass when hooked up as Bluetooth to my phone. They told me "some units just don't play bass through bluetooth". No pride , no knowledge , and not friendly at all.
my experience was awesome, the guy i dealt with was very polite and knowledgeable. he went out of his way to help me. he told me exactly what I needed and wrote down which wites went to what and everything. he even cut me pieces of wire i needed and only charged me for that instead of making me buy a whole wiring kit. he told me to call if i had any questions and i asked him how much it would be to tune my amps if i couldn't get it to sound right and he said bring it by and they would do it for nothing. they also gave me a good deal on what i bought, i thought it was going to cost me a lot for all the stuff I got, well I was wrong. he hooked me up. definitely recommend this place. thanks guys u were awesome. Terrible. Called them to put in a aftermarket radio they did but then informed me I needed a part I didn't have, I was fine with that they said they would order it and call me as soon as it came in, two weeks later I had to call them and they said oh yeah we have had it. So I was like I'll bring it up there for y'all to put it in, I did it took about 10 minutes, but I got going down the road and realized my blinkers did not work. Instead of calling them because im was tired of dealing with them. I took it apart myself and discovered many broken clips that hold the plastic on my vents because the guy who was putting them back on the first time was struggling. The manager does have good customer service but the quality of the work is garbage. Go somewhere else.
Very happen with my experience. Stopped by at last minute. They asked what I wanted and did not try to convince me I needed more. They helped me find what I needed and had it all installed the same day. Very very happy. Everyone was very helpful.
They are lazy and have no idea what they are doing. I went in to just switch out my CD player and the guy told me they didnt have the parts and when i told him i was here before and they said they did he then went and looked once and found it and said he didnt know what the price was so he could not do the job. I asked him when should i come back and have someone do the job that knows the price and willing to work and he told him he dont know. Wow that the kind of people this place hires just think what they will do to your stuff.. I NEVER go back or recomend to anyone.
